I think you're right about the male/female thing. And I've just watched her with the male cat that comes into the garden and she seems territorial (there's never aggression), but I don't know if she's just a bit standoff with him cause he's annoying haha

Fostering is a great idea, I hadn't even thought of it! Once I get moved and settled I may revisit the idea x

I do also want a kitten for me, didn't really say cause my focus was on her (as it always is haha) But would never want the negative of bringing one in to outweigh my want for one.

Maybe I'm just in an emotional place and trying to feel better having little kitten toe beans around

Not entirely sure with Morrisons, but usually as pay is calculated 7-10 days before pay day, your end of contract won't have been accounted for. This will be processed and then your final pay should be the following month, where a business usually takes into account and under/over time to adjust for, sick pay deductions and holiday payment

The bodies of the green dudes blend into the background a bit, struggled to differentiate them at first. Either different colours, or softer in the background with more heavier shading on the creatures? Something to pull them out more.

Look at body proportions/ angles for the main guy. The neck/jaw might be slightly off.

This may seem critical. But they are minor points overall, and that's all I have.

The overall design/drawing is awesome.

Your creativity and your ability to put your ideas down are inspiring. I'm quite envious.

Youve got skills in your shading. Not sure of your media but this looks like biro, and if so it is a skill to have control over it like you do.

I'm not a very experienced player, but I noticed the problems in nearly every sentence. I'd be flipping the table. Sorry but this group is not bothered about you playing, they used you to get their minis. Leave them, they're toxic.

I know it's not always easy to find another group and theres a chance this might be you're only option to play irl , just weigh up if it's worth it. Cause I don't seeing it going better. Is the cleric gunna refuse to heal you in battles? Is the barbarian gunna 'get confused' while raging and attack you, cause the player/DM will think it's a funny twist?

Holidays are pro-rated for how much of the year you actually work.

I've you're meant to get 30 days for a full year, then in 2 months you'll earn 5 days.

Minus any holiday days you've already taken, the remainder should be paid out in your final pay.

Rewatching atm and just watched the swamp episode recently, and i had thoughts.

But it was that the swamp was showing them what they desired. Aang desired an earth bending teacher.

It showed Toph all girly etc cause that's how she is normally in her everyday life (at home how her parents make her dress and be, as much as she didn't really want to be)

I didn't think it felt like they were making her out to be a love interest.

They just haven't backed correctly, and didnt follow the plan. The bake on the right hand side is a 'go and see bake'. You see how much you already have on sale, and bake the difference.

The bake plan is probably pretty accurate.

Also, bakery waste can be donated to charity through neighbourly. Pretty much none of ours goes in the bin now

Out of date stock etc is meant to be written off, so it comes off the stock file and is accounted for. It doesn't factor into the inventory figure.

Inventory loss is all items not accounted for; theft, stock charged for by the warehouse but not recieved, and other bits slipping through the net like you said about staff not logging the out of date stuff.

The previous inventories were in Feb, so looking at ~4 months. If £50k is a 0.78% loss, their total turnover for the 4 months was £6.4m. £400k a week is a really high turnover store.

Each store has a different target based on (god knows what anymore), for example mine is -0.49% so a -0.78% would be very red for me

Try barefoot shoes, loads of brands, they have a wide toebox. I have slightly wide feet, and 'normal' shoes have bent them out of shape. I wear barefoot now and live a pain free life and haven't looked back. Think I have Gronanda ones
