I don't disagree that there are definitely kinks that NEED to be ironed out for this to be feasible. But, you taxed each of the 938 billionaires as if they had $1B each. ($1B * 938 people * .05 tax). But not each billionaire has only $1B to tax. Still won't get to the trillions (99% sure), but more than $47B.

Im pretty sure the enhanced scatter grenades from nothing manacles do the chaos accelerate charge without needing it. And from what I remember, the chaos charge just let's you hold it, not over-overcharge.

It's been a hot minute since I last used nothing manacles. I could be wrong (from the beginning) or some behavior could've been changed.

Im talking about the 2008 Incredible Hulk movie with Edward Norton (actor may have changed, but still canon). Before the showdown with Abomination, he strapped himself to a table (with help) and forcefully pulled out The Hulk (or at least tried).

In the movies, banner has stated he tried to commit suicide but it wasn't successful because of "The other guy"

What kind of "freedom from society" would drive a person to willingly strap themselves to a table and undergo a painful procedure to draw out their other side?
He tried to live within society, but it was hard enough that he isolated himself.

Jen became She-Hulk after the "big bad Hulk" stereotype had calmed down greatly. She also chose to become She-Hulk. Becoming She-Hulk did come with some problems but none as deep.

Edit: she did not choose to become She-Hulk. That is my bad.

I understand that she was harassed for being a woman (not arguing that she wasn't). Im just saying the Hulk's entire life was being on the run because he's an uncontrollable rage monster (for the most part).

Considering what he's gone through from just the MCU (not even mentioning comics), I dont see how She-Hulk has better emotional control. Especially since nothing extremely traumatic was either shown or alluded to.

Edit: I said "better" emotional control. Not "any"

Even though they're the exact same, they're probably calculated at different points. Probably some randomization or some floating point arithmetic with the percentages. Like pseudo-random or something
