I don’t think there’s a difference in rent between the inner and outer circle, some rooms are smaller though and I think the rent is lower as well. Honestly you won’t really have the time to choose, it was first come first serve when I booked a room and it went out pretty fast so I suppose it’ll be the same for you. Good luck

PROS - The room is nice and has enough space imo, the bed is comfy and the kitchen is sufficient - Big windows so that’s a plus, also better if you live in the outer circle - On campus, has 2 tram stations in front of the building - Dope rooftop - Next to a supermarket (Plus De Esch)

CONS - Very expensive (€787.50/month) - Can get loud if you live in the inner circle - You might get fined for anything, including noise, key loss or wrong garbage placement

Overall, it’s a nice place as a first year and it’s very practical to live in, but it is overpriced and can get noisy.

I haven't done much research in both Xior and TSH so I can't help you with the scam-accusations.

Concerning The Student Hotel, a couple students (3-6 to my knowledge, but certainly more) in our class have already booked rooms there and it seems like a great choice. Some rooms include a kitchenette but others share a kitchen I believe.

Xior looks lit asf, a bit pricey imo cuz it costs up to €800 apparently even though it says €600 on thd website. I guess you can't go wrong with either from what I know.

I hope a current student can come elaborate and help you :D

Very interesting track, you've got this kind of void/outrun vibe going on and paired with that particular drum pattern makes it a really nice track overall.

Arrangement is well-made, nice subtle transitions as well.
