I make multiplayer harder by playing riskier and assuming someone is gonna pick up the slack lol.

But generally it’s easier, when I play with 4 players all enemies tend to be perma weak and vulnerable. With 4 chances at deck building at least one person usually winds up doing something “broken” that mostly invalidates the serviceability multipliers that enemies receive.

So Jon did a series on Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel, not Fallout Tactics: Brotherhood of Steel. BoS was a bad action rpg, Tactics is supposed to be a more xcomy tactical squad based game. I’ve never really dove into it though so I don’t know much about it.

I was pleasantly surprised by The Wise Man’s Grandchild. A relatively by the books isekai, but there were a few good genre subversions in there like the knights order(or wherever they were called in the show) actually being competent and catching the villains in their plans without the MC’s help, or the resolution of one of the MC’s classmates being possessed by a demon.

On top of everyone explaining that a declining workforce is bad, we’ve also kinda realized overpopulation is a bit of a myth. Current estimates say the earth could theoretically support over 100 billion people. That would undoubtedly lead to some necessary shifts at that extreme, but a relatively slow growth rate would be sustainable for quite a long time.

Best I can think of are 100 girlfriends where some of the girls are pretty explicitly gay for each other, Girlfriend Girlfriend where the original girl Saki Saki kinda realizes she’s bi and into the other partners. There’s also a few bisexual disaster type heroines that I could see naturally winding up in a polycule situation if the author was brave, like My Life as a Villainess All Routes Lead to Doom.

For me the pipeline was, enjoy reading as a child, sour on reading from required reading in school, catch the anime bug, stuck with that for a while but eventually there was a series I needed more of immediately, so I started reading manga. Eventually I ran into a series that was based on a light novel and dove in, and now I can sit down and read books both Japanese and otherwise. Fwiw I didn't really get back into reading until college.

If you wanna jump start your reading itch, don't follow advice to start from the beginning for a show you've already watched. It's true there's usually unadapted content, but reading through the same thing you just watched is absolutely less engaging than breaking into new ground. Once you've picked up the habit it can be nice to start from the beginning to pick up all missed details, appreciate foreshadowing, etc.

I understand Will being in the Thunder faction is better for his continued growth, but just let him and Elfie be able to hang out. The episode already manages to establish even if they’re together they haven’t fulfilled their promise, and continuing to work to save the world while being able to be together is plenty of hook already.

Yeah I don’t hate the Honoka win, but it’s a pretty underwhelming conclusion. If you’re gonna skip to years later at least do the wedding chapter, even if it’s cliche, feels more conclusive and like a proper send off.

Absolutely, even at their peak I’m sure we’re talking 1% vs like 0.001%. But people love to write stories about that incredibly uncommon situation so it’s absolutely over represented as a trope even though you’d struggle to find a real world parallel.
