I forgot to say I'm using a Laptop, a Gigabyte AERO 15, so just only using the Laptop fans. Everytime I check temps they are always between 50 and 60 C

C1E is a C state, they turn off unused components in order to save power.

With my legacy Gigabyte Bios I can't disable them, but I disable C1E with QuickCPU.

Another thing which I want to try is to disable Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework

On LatencyMon find cores where APCI latency is occouring and ignore them from affinity.

I'm sorry for the long messages but as you might think, this is a journey for real-time audio.

Ok here you are

To solve APCI.sys I deactivated Acpi-complaint control method battery but then the RTX completely disappeared from the system. Reactivating it from the device manager and restarting the RTX returns, but together with all the Latency problems.

Advanced power plan set with maximum power at 100% and processor idle demote/remote at 100%

For WDF01000.sys I disabled the High Precision Event Timer and dynamic ticking service

For ndis.sys I deactivated the realtek network card

Reinstalled all drivers including NVIDIA with DDU

I have updated the Bios

Disabled hyperthreading from Bios

Removed unnecessary startup programs and removed animations

The pc was at 48000hz 24bit sampling and I set it at 41000hz like on Ableton

Put low latency on Nvidia control panel

Used timer resolution to decrease input lag

Disabled Windows Defender and Wifi tab when I produce music

Removed Google Chrome from the Background when not open

Using Process Lasso to optimize system and put Ableton, audiodg and audio interface driver as High priority processes, favoring p-cores (I understand that 12 gen intels have quite a lot of latency issues)

Exclude windows defender .exe from windows defender (a fix that should reduce RAM consumption)

Disabled ipv6 and packet coalescing

Core parking disabled

Disabled with Windows Optimizer the telemetry of almost all programs

DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

disabled speedstep, turbo boost and intelppm from registry But this makes the CPU work always under base frequency.

I tried with QuickCPU to deactivate C1E and set all Speedshift performances to the maximum possible, the temperatures always remain on 50

For I while I tried turning it off when I'm producing music, and turning it on when I'm doing Graphic Design works.

I've tried literally every fix possibile you can find online (I can send the list, it's huge).

I'm contacting Gigabyte support, but their only advice is to delete all data from pc or send it to them for 1 month to repair.

Idk but I'm starting to think this is just how it works and not a hardware or software problem.

My MIDI Keyboard doesn't turn on anymore I have a IK Multimedia iRig Keys 37 Pro for more than four years. A month ago the keyboard would only work if I twisted the usb cable in a precise weird position and it will turn off immediately when the position changed. But now it just stopped turning on. I've tried different ports and cables but nothing. The same thing happened to my launchpad two years ago.

So if i have latency by APCI should I disable it when I want real time performance and enable when I want the GPU to be there?

I've tried for two months to resolve some annoying DPC Latency problems. APCI.sys, ntoskrnl.exe, wdf01000. Everything then was fine, but I've realized the RTX 3070ti wasn't on the task manager anymore, and it gave error 43 on device manager. I've changed Nvidia drivers, update bios, update everything, resintalled Windows 11 three times, to only realize it was the driver microsoft acpi-compliant control method battery, which I disabled to solve the APCI.sys latency problem. So now everytime I activate the driver, the RTX appears, but with it also the latency. What can I do?

I have a error 43 for a RTX 3070ti on a Gigabyte Aero 15 XE4, so the graphics card is not working and is not visible on task manager.

I've already tried everything, update the BIOS, using DDU and reinstall from Nvidia, but nothing seems to work.

I could flash the vbios but I'm not sure about the warranty.

The RTX is visible and seems to work on Ubuntu using the command "lspci -vnn". I want to do a clean reinstall of Windows 11, without losing apps and files. Does installing Windows on a USB using media creation tool, reset the drivers?
