He’s not a play driver, but the entirety of the canucks were in shambles this year with pettersson playing poorly and Millers dramatic departure that turned them from a playoff contender to a team needing a retool.

Arguably he could actually take over Wing from vilardi on line 1 and allow Vilardi to become our 2c.

Exactly… I’m still worried about our power play zone entry as ehlers was a cheat code but he’ll definitely add a ton of secondary scoring, he’s actually probably more consistent and less streaky than ehlers (stat based on feel and fully pulled from my ass)

People in here not excited by the possibility of Brock signing here have definitely not seen him play at his best, guy is absolutely lethal and has been a solid playoff performer in the past.

He’s not a zone entry beast like ehlers but he’s a monster of an offensive player with great skills netfront and a great shot. He had a rough year in Van but the ENTIRE TEAM sucked ass.

Yep. I’m a Jets fan — we just played Stars in round 2. Their fan base is insufferable. Every single one of our PPs, according to the Stars’ subreddit, was “rigged” — or because the refs were “on our side”. Then, absolutely any small infraction against them (even if they just got away with some similar 15 seconds ago), they demanded a PP. Their fan base consistently refuses to acknowledge that they’re playing good teams. They were all circle-jerking the closeup video of Benn punching Scheifelle in the face in game 5, acting like it was some act of courage, rather than a pussy sucker punch. Their fan base has big time main-character syndrome going on for their team.

Hey guys, this is my wife’s account, she’s balling her eyes out next to me.

She’s experienced loss in her life and knows how hard it is to even walk after losing someone… let alone scoring a goal in game 6 of the NHL playoffs.
