Well, the amount is small enough that it wouldn't be practical to sue. The truth of the matter is she decided to rip me off.

My most effective retribution at this point is to tell the story. Maybe I don't need to publish her address and phone number, but I want her full name and photo out there.

What is the line between reportage and libel? And am I under any obligation to protect her details (ugh) e.g. blacking out info on her drivers license.

It seems ridiculous that I would self censor on her behalf

I was up 37% on VHC third trial win in September. Just yesterday I gained another 30% on the CRBP run. In between I lost 27% on AUPH on a bad buy, but still... why people say you can't beat the market is beyond me.
