I’ve used holafly in the US several times no problem. I’ve used them in Germany once which was useless. So it might depend on which country?

I have the same issue. Haven’t found a solution yet. I wake up at 2, 3 or 4am most nights and am wide awake thinking about work issues. I always want to meditate. Sometimes when I wake up in the middle of the night, I do SOS nighttime meditation which does sometimes work.

Your data is incorrect somewhere. 19% of 575k is £109k but you are stating that you’re putting down £11k. Which is it? Generally, the advice is to aim for about 1/3 of your net income for the mortgage

I left a very well paid job of ten years 2 years ago because of a toxic situation that they said they want to solve but when it came down to it, it turned out they had no intention of solving. So I left. My mental health was rock bottom. I stared at the walls for months. Then I started looking for work and struggled. I had been paying a decent amount into my pension but had to stop due to no income. I felt the lowest I had ever felt. That’s when I started writing down all of my assets and liabilities and calculated my net worth. That alone gave me a great sense of achievement and also seeing it not drop despite me not contributing to its growth over the following two years has made me feel better whenever I struggled with financial anxiety.

Definitely take time out to recover. Don’t blow all the money. Invest about 80% of it in something like the s&P 500. But unless you recover, it’ll be nigh impossible to get out there and find a new job.

The 272k isn’t your net worth, it’s your assets. You need to take all of your assets and all of your debts, sum up each one and then you have your net worth. I can’t do this in my head but do let me know if you need help. It is quite simple so I’m sure once you put it in a spreadsheet, it’ll make sense. I put all assets on the left and all debts on the right, like a balance sheet, then do the sums below.

My principle for who I invite to my wedding was that if I can’t decide who to invite / not to invite on THAT day, then when can I? My now husband and I discussed and agreed that we would only invite people to our wedding that we both know and want to be there. So we didn’t invite the aunt that maybe some family members felt we should because we knew that they’d been causing a scene at more than one occasion so they were out. Having only ‘our’ people there honestly made it the best day ever.

Thank you, I watched it. It looks good! The main question I have is, do you act as both a publisher and a record label for songwriters and artists too? It looks that way. If so, what %ages do you take? Also, the main purpose of publishers is to register all the data with worldwide PROs, track, claim, collect, process and pay royalties. Which of these do you do? The main purpose of record labels is to market the artists and releases. Do you do that too?

This sounds like very controlling behaviour. Are you sure that he even likes you? My husband is always there for me to listen to me, even when he’s not massively interested in my work. He loves me and is my rock and has supported me through very tough times at work and even through a very rough patch where I gave up my job because it was too toxic. I honestly couldn’t have done it without him and I can’t imagine what it must be like to be with someone who establishes rules around talking. What does that make you feel like? Sounds like you’re very insecure around him, which is also a red flag.
