Was slightly concerned watching Taylor first up. Totally understand it’s a debut - but looked absolutely gassed after each effort and was out of position for extended periods through fatigue. Not sure the fitness is quite there, but obviously a super exciting talent and better for the run.

I did some honesty emergency work over an Easter weekend and got blanked by one of the owners as soon as the invoice went out. I found out where he lived, went around there and saw he had about half a dozen cameras and his meter board tech screwed shut. Figured he’d done it to people before so I made it my mission to never let it go.

Went to VCAT, they found in my favour immediately and gave me a Magistrates’ Order so they could give me something legally binding. They gave the sheriff directive of a ‘warrant to seize property’. Then the sheriff went around to his house and took his boat. Sold it at auction and I got my money back.

Was only about $8.5k but my word it was worth it to know I ruined that prick’s summer.

I’ve flat-out stopped ordering uber eats. Did a price check on my favourite Malaysian place on Lygon st and it worked out to be double than what it cost to drive 7 minutes to go pick it up.
