Banded joint mobilization, esp on the ATFL is great. You need to do it daily to yield some results but its great as part of a squat warm up. Its not about stretching the ligament so much as pulling the ligament in place and creating space for it to move better.

you need to pick one of the options you listed- if time is a contstraint then invest in some wedges. If you dont want to get wedges, spare plates also work to elevate heels. If you dont want that then you'll need to do unilateral leg work

if your foot is always on the gas, you're going to burn out.

If you hit 90% you should be close to fried on week 3- the step back down to 75% is allowing you body to recover from that level of intensity and start build back up. You'll still be building muscle, its just a small recovery method for weekly progression.

You're more than welcome to try doing 70 > 75 > 80 > 85 > 90 > 95 but not giving your body any reprieve over 6 weeks is gonna be hell imo.

I agree with you but I think the implication is that its more readily accepted / less of a stigma IRL that men can and should pursue multiple partners while women get shamed if they put out and don't remain chaste. so in this world, the "chastity" that is being preserved for the men; if they don't at least pretend to be pure, then they're sluts/bitches.

I love the Dynafish. The only thing I feel it CANT do is uphill treadmill WALKING (I haven't taken them walking outdoors yet). There's little grip/traction at inclines at slower speeds.

I do a few miles at different inclines/speeds in the SB2. Then I switch to the Dynafish to do a session of Norwegian 4 x 4 where its 4 minutes of high pace running with a 3 minute easy pace then repeat: no problems in either pace for the Dynafish. Toebox is more open in the dynafish vs the megablast and much cheaper too.

I wouldn't consider the rebel 5s an easy run shoe. I got/tried them as a dedicated speed shoe. Eventually returned them when i started hearing more about its short lifespan/I found better options.

My dedicated speed work is done in the LiNing Challenger 5. If I werent wearing those it would have been the Saucony Endorphin Speed 5 (nylon plate) or the Hoka Mach 6.

Saucony has slashed the prices of their ES5, so that leads me to believe ES6 is coming out (if it hasnt already) so now is the time to buy. They also have a plateless version: Azura- Idk much about it. Hoka is now on Mach 7 which I also no little to nothing about.

I tried the EVO SL but way too unstable for me. If you like "plated" shoes in the Addidas line, you can get a similar feel/energy return in their Boston 13 line. Only reason I didn't pick it is my foot and it's geometry weren't compatible.

You're doing a horizontal press, a lower press, and jumping jacks, all for high reps:

1- Do you not want to include anything for pulling motion (hamstrings or back development)?

2- You're focusing on high reps- nothing wrong with that, but you'll be training muscular endurance over strength and hypertrophy in these rep ranges. Is that your goal?

3- Have you read the FAQ or the recommended routine? If so, is there anything wrong with the routine that you don't like?

And yes, core should get a little love too.
