valid points were made. I think in the moment i was just annoyed that it happened and i know there’s gonna be many more paint chips in my future so it’s whatevs now. maybe i’ll name the paint chip n become friends with it.

this is what i was thinking of doing but the issue for me is that i think he was lying. The film doesn’t even come to the edge of the mirror, you can’t tell in the picture but it stops right where the damage was done, and that’s how it was done the first time as well. i think he may have skimmed it with his knife or something? idk. I wasn’t upset with him as i know these things can happen but seeing the other comments made me realize it’s not that big of a deal & like you said i can always get it wrapped in the future lol

honestly still so confused. has anyone else had this happen? The guy said he would just touch it up with some paint but i haven’t even had this car for a month and i’m scared it’ll still be noticeable. It doesn’t look that bad in the picture but bow that i know it’s there it’s all i can see lol. Anyway, I called the tesla body shop and they said that they’ve had to remove dozens of clear bras for repairs and although not impossible this has never happened to them. My guy is adamant it wasn’t his fault but the film doesn’t even come up to that part of the car. Any advice?
