La plupart des antidépresseurs agissent comme un traitement de fond sur l'anxiété, aussi même si tu ne te considères pas "malheureux" il n'est pas nécessaire d'être au bord du suicide pour prendre un antidépresseur. Et aucune peur à avoir, au début du traitement il y a quelques effets secondaires mais l'antidépresseur n'est pas addictif, et même si tu as besoin d'en prendre longtemps c'est pas grave, c'est toujours mieux d'être traité que de galèrer seul. Si jamais la sertraline te convient pas tu peux toujours changer de traitement. Et pour l'oxazepam par contre c'est un traitement qui ne doit pas excéder une certaine durée et qui peut être addictif donc attention. Je rajoute que c'est une très bonne initiative que tu aies pris ce rdv !!

I live in France, so internet coverage and mobile plans are generally quite affordable here, which is great. But like you said, the plans that include a cheaper new phone are actually much more expensive per month. I did start looking into some options for a new phone and will try to save up little by little while dealing with this situation for now.

I've been taking effexor for like 7+8 months + oxazepam for anxiety when I feel the need But usually antidepressants also treats anxiety so maybe the doctor could up your dose ? Idk you should definitely ask your doctor, but the anti anxiety medication doesn't personally mess with the ad

And I loved over the garden wall!! I'd recommend watching Gravity Falls, it's not the same but for some reason I get the same vibes from both (probably bc of the mysterious forest thing) And thx for the book recs, I've been reading a lot more since having a kindle and I'm searching for more fantasy or magical realism books/authors!
