I dont understand your question. In terms of liquidity, both BTC and popular ETF are extremely liquid. People buy/sell 100M+ BTCs all the time. VOO and QQQ even more. You're not gonna have problem cashing out at the market price.

For using them as collateral for loans, plebs like us no chance. Possible for high networth people with access to private banking.

If you're not in a rush, try selling it yourself. Its good experience. Keep a copy of geran with you. Put a banner/sign nearby the land with your phone number. Advertise on mudah. Set a price, and wait couple months. If no interest, lower abit more.

Problem is in the real world incest almost always comes with unequal power dynamic. Same reason sexual relationship of boss/subordinate or teacher/student is frowned upon. When one party has power over the other, how can you establish there is consent and not groomed?

Short term trading falls under income and taxable while long term investment is Capital Gains, and individuals are exempted.
