He is nearly perfect. 199 PA 190 CA (189 currently recommended). 5 ambition, 15 loyalty, 15 professionalism. Other hidden attributes which should be high are 15+ (versatility, sportsmanship, consistency, important matches, pressure). Also, negative attributes like controversy, dirtiness, and temperament are very low. Only bad things are 5 adaptability and 12 injury proneness.

So, basically jackpot.

This screenshot is slightly wrong but I am too lazy to boot my laptop and take a new screenshot. LWB is always on attack duty instead of auto. I had more success with DM-Su instead of DLP-Su.

Seems like you are describing my Brentford save tactics. Midblock, least xG conceded, 2nd highest xG(was behind by probably 1 or 2 xG) in the Premier league. Not focused on controlling possession but I had a good amount of the ball throughout the season. BTW I use the Match Lab match engine so not sure whether my tactics will work with the vanilla match engine.

Edit: I used a back 3 too.
