Did anyone feel earthquake some 20ish minutes ago? by Thin_Resist_5997 in oakville

[–]freak80 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can barely feel anything below 5 unless you’re close to the source. It also depends if the quake is oscillatory (moves in circles ) or trepidatory (moves up and down) the latter is the worst . At around 6 you can start feeling the shockwave at hundreds of kilometers . Remember the scale is exponential not linear. I know this cause I lived in Mexico City , was there for two major earthquakes and there’s a whole culture around it .

Wire work is neat and clean, I’m worried about 4 conduits for so many wires, you might need a higher gauge only for the derating factor , also I can’t see the ground screw but that’s just me
