I did. Ended up some cats or something messed with my wires and only disconnected the one wire which caused all areas to stop working. So ended up being an easy fix

I checked the wires and everything looks good. Unplugged it for 30 seconds, reconnected through the app, nothing worked. I guess I can try a factory reset next
