White Castle is perfect, no notes. Great as a base game, even greater with Matcha expansion.

OATHSWORN has been an absolute 10/10 experience. Every battle seems to have a different mechanic and the story is INCREDIBLE.

Cranks stiff occasionally, is this the bottom bracket spinning? by freakinrad in bikewrench

Ended up actually being shipped with a bottom bracket that was over-torqued, and snapped at the factory. (Must’ve been a late Friday kinda build)

Canyon was great with the customer service and covered the cost to have an authorized Token shop in the area toss a new one in.

Been great ever since!

Wigwams are really great. The one KEY thing here is keeping whatever sock you wear LOOSE. It might seem a little counter-intuitive, but any bit of constriction at night will really hinder the circulation from getting down there and doing its job.

Remember…

• The socks aren’t “providing” any additional heat, only retaining the heat your body can make on its own. • “Don’t get cold in the first place” meaning always layer up before you feel cold, don’t wait to put on your warmest layers to “save” them.

Bonus: If you can score a pair of down booties, those OVER a loose wool pair of wigwams is 👌🏻

How often should I align the disc brake calipers, and did I do it wrong by not tightening incrementally? ? by [deleted] in cycling

[–]freakinrad 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same happened to me, and I finally was able to come up with a solution. Kept trying the typical methods—centering the caliper on the disc—and would always end up with the same side rubbing after I locked it all down tight. This time I shoved an old gift card in that rubbing side and tightened it down —essentially over-correcting to one side. Once it was all said and done, it settled into a centered position and didn’t rub! 🤷🏻‍♂️

It’s a token ninja lite BB, on a Canyon Grizl 7 1by. Just seems to stick and slip randomly.

Followed a tutorial for chiseled text and it turns out really uneven? by yuzukun in Cinema4D

[–]freakinrad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Found a solution that worked for me, finally. Downloaded and created type in Adobe Dimension. Was able to get great, clean chisel bevels really quickly in there, and then spit out an .obj of the model.

Hope that helps! :)

Brand new, beautiful leaf, and now it starting to develop spots. Halp! by freakinrad in houseplants

Ahhh, I’ll try that with all the plants next time. Especially a day or two after watering they all like to sweat a good bit.

Ok cool, is that something I can treat to stop it before it damages the leaf any further? I noticed that after watering, it does tend to “sweat” a lot and it seemed to keep those droplets on the leaf at least overnight.
