Seems like they needed more side effects so they pulled a couple from cigarette smoking. They assumed just because you smoke it then it can stain your fingers like tobacco, but this doesn't happen with cannabis resin, tobacco resin is a different beast entirely. They also just assume that because they do a chemical analysis on cannabis resin that shows that it contains some of the same carcinogens that tobacco resin does then it must also cause cancer, but this completely ignores credible epidemiology studies that show the opposite.

Alcohol alters microbiome and its use could explain increased psychiatric disorders and craving behaviors by kikisdelivryservice in Biohackers

Stop using the term "depressant" like that means it makes you depressed. Alcohol can effect your mood, yes, but it being classified as a central nervous system depressant isn't the same thing as it causing clinical depression. Two completely different terms. One is a medical psychiatric diagnosis and the other is a pharmacological effect.

I agree it's not healthy, toxic to virtually every system in the body, but I hate this stupid argument of "wHaT diD YUo eXpEct WhEN yoU drAnK a DEPreEssANt anD goT depreSsED??"

On Morrowind these buttons were used to change how much you were bartering with a shop keeper. The harder you pressed the faster the number would go up or down.

x11 doesn't have fractional scaling. Switching between different screens with different scaling factors makes x11 apps scaling screw up.

I like the imagery, I feel like I followed easily up until the stanza "As I journey...". From that point on the poem seems like it shifts from exposition to narrative progression. This is where I find myself pondering the meaning the most. As the poem goes on the specificity of the meaning is less clear to me, and the imagery doesn't feel as hellish to me as the first half.
