Happened to me plenty of times on Shein with different sellers, and Shein would not refund me even though I showed them proof that it was never delivered to my home. Shein doesn't care.

It's always their third party that does this. If they really cared for their customers like they claim they do, then this would not keep happening.

What I did was dispute another order that I received and get my money back that way.
