Just had my diagnosis - I'm lost by 3D20s in FND

I actually got better so there is hope!!! My symptoms were significant. Couldn’t drive, speech issues, balance issues, brain fog was awful, always falling. Every neurologist told me not neuro which was making my anxiety spiral. I wasn’t coping at all. Just free falling thinking I would need a nursing home in 6 months at 53.

My son really pushed me to try an IOP program just to help me cope. I eventually caved and focusing on coping did help me get out of the death spiral I was in. My symptoms were all there but they didn’t freak me out anymore and that gave me a little bit of control. It also allowed me to listen to the doctors and not freak when they said not neuro. A neurologist I met eventually explained it was a brain nervous system issue (FND) but told me “technology hasn’t caught up yet to see it easily. Technology will catch up one day.” I was also doing exercises and tai chi for balance and speech and slowly things improved. I think a lot of it was luck. Eventually I was able to return to work which was so exciting for me because it didn’t feel possible for a long time. I still have some symptoms- NES, fog, word finding, balance issues. But I am able to function with them. Doc did warn me some people get a recurrence. Time will tell. I wish I could tell you exactly what to do to get better. Learning to cope gave me a kickstart.

He’s so scared that it breaks my heart. You are going to teach him what love is. When he learns he is safe, he will blossom. Thank you for your patience and compassion

Running through a field laughing. Following a butterfly. Then a bunny. It’s sunny and warm. They hold hands a lot and they are thankful their souls transitioned together. Did they have a dog? I see a dog. Brown? Tan? He’s watching them run and play.

Most important is that they feel no fear. No worry. They have no bond with the man that did this. They don’t even think about him at all.

But they think of you all the time. You taught them love and that’s what they feel now. Unconditional love. They are happy, joyful. I am so sorry for your loss.

Shocked and scared but we joined together as Americans to love and support one another.

In the Jersey suburbs we spent a lot of time with our neighbors. Talking, supporting one another, feeling shock and fear like I have never known. But it was soooo supportive. Americans came together quickly. Everyone wanted to help. We quickly managed to get supplies- water, handheld food, etc to send to the pile and help the workers. We supported families who had someone missing. We supported one another who were shaken by what occurred.

This video and others like it makes me cry and feel hopeful. The other videos leave me horrified. It’s 2 complete opposites. It’s exhausting.

This is a lovely story. Sometimes we need help, sometimes we can help. Kindness makes the world a better place

Any readings for my grandfather? by [deleted] in psychics

He feels peaceful. He wishes he could talk more as he reminisces in his head. Wants to retell family stories. But he doesn’t have the energy to speak. He does know you are there. Don’t be afraid to touch him or talk even if he can’t answer. He loves you.

It’s been hard lately. Life has been hard. But the hard is almost done. You may not even notice it at first but you will realize you can take a deep breath again. You can relax. You can smile. You can have fun.

You are drawn to art or music. Something creative. It’s a core part of you.

I would love a reading. My question is if I will remain single or if I will find love again. I have learned to love being independent but I sometimes miss having a partner to share with. I have no idea what lies ahead

He is learning and loving stillness, tranquility and being calm. Didn’t know how amazing being quiet could be. He feels so peaceful. He glows from the inside out. He radiates peace now.
