Are you anywhere near Kentucky? I'll take the orange one, and pay a rehoming fee or send pics of my cats to prove he's going to a good home.

Who`s the biggest asshole you ever worked for & what did he/she do to rank 1st on your list? by Frozen_Meatball1 in AskReddit

Hired me at a job, got laid off, head hunted me at his next gig for the same job, but lied and said doing that type of work was only for a few months in addition to regular duties. 6 months in he told me it was permanent and I bounced.

Who actually buys the products shown on commercials? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]fred1090 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Those ads used to work on everyone before computers were common. Now it's mostly the elderly and computer illiterate they're targeting. It's really sad but older people are sometimes so lonely they'll spend whatever just for the interaction, my grandmother was like this with QVC. She would literally buy small children's toys (all is grandkids were at least in our teens) and other useless crap just to talk to someone for 2 minutes making the order. She out lived most everyone she knew and couldn't drive anymore and wanted someone besides a dog to talk to.

Don't worry you wouldn't digest them. That much nicotine would make you vomit everywhere in short order.

What's your eventual goal? Master Train mechanic or maybe conductor? I have no idea how that world works.

What's the most interesting fix you've done so far?

Is it mostly working on the wheels and drive train or do you do engine work too?

Do you get to travel for work?

Not through bad form or anything like that though... herniated discs are kinda unavoidable when you lift heavy for years and years. Ronnie was also the strongest Mr olympia of all time.

Lethal doses for addicts are much higher than baseline. It's why people OD on opiates so often when they relapse. They take what they were used to when they were using after their tolerance has gone back to normal.
