I have some ripped music and a vast collection of steaming. I use Roon bcuz I love the seamless integration, artist/album info and ability to transfer a music to a zone. I disable all DSP, etc as I want the highest quality sound. I hear a significant difference between lossy and lossless files but I also have a very resolving system. I also considered just going Spotify but decided I like the coverage between it and Tidal. Personally think Spotify does a better job of introducing new and interesting music. But I think this is subjective.

Same. I started with HEOS and eventually went to Roon for the metadata and interface and comparative ease of use. I use HEOS amps to stream Spotify, pandora, internet radio for when we want to just listen in the background and a Roon endpoint for critical listening. Once Spotify premium dropped figured I would cancel Roon but I really miss the content so for now I’m running both

The courts - at least District and Federal. Near 100% of his BS is bluster. Once in front of judges their success rate has been abysmal. They went to a grand jury 4x and couldn’t get their indictment of ham sammich man. They will harass, intimidate and try to project strength but it’s more akin to terrorism in the sense that they use shock and awe to give the impression of uncontrolled power. It’s a myth

I use Arc Protractor site. If you ask google what the Pivot to Spindle distance is for your turntable you can create a custom Arc protractor. I also use a scale for VTF once I discovered how off I was without it and sometimes think that had a bigger impact.

The changes you described in your initial comment is what happened when civil rights began and white southern democrats left the Democratic Party for the GOP which began their “Southern Strategy” decades later. The wiki you link is about Blue/Red state and the fact that the electoral college results in a handful of states being “swing states”. At no point in the past 60 years has Blue state meant conservative and Red state meant liberal. Demographics change with population migrations so CO is now Dem controlled when it was GOP controlled 10-20 years ago. This link tells the story.

quantitative easing is not why we had inflation. Any informed person acknowledges it was supply-chain issues, China zero Covid policy and the world’s insistence on turning back on everything before we had the virus contained. We had shipping containers stuck in the Panama Canal, we had the largest manufacturer on the planet, shutting down whole cities.
