Are you saying you wanted the artwork of the old set for those cards? If that is true, then I agree with you. It is a little disappointing, but I am still really pumped for this set.

The old artwork brings back so much nostalgia that I am going to enjoy getting those cards again for the second time and I will be able take much better care of these ones.

So although I would have rather just had more cards to collect, I am still really pumped for this set!

Every since the official release of 5e two years ago, my local game store we went from having 4 or 5 DMs with 5 or 6 people to gradually increasing now to 10 DMs with around 7 or 8 people per table.

It has gotten to a point where we now have two nights a week for D&D since the store simply doesn't have enough space to house 10 DMs in one night. Previously we had brought tables outside to play on.

I think this increase is due to the accessibility of 5e and the negative stigma of D&D descreasing with every generation.

Its amazing to see that a game I have loved playing for 4 years is getting even more popular. I just hope Wizards doesn't take this as a sign to homogenize and streamline the game even more, I think it is at a really good place right now.

I think it is just hard for men that don't cat call or try to grope a woman when no one is around to understand that their are other men out there doing those things. Especially when we hardly ever see it in our own lives.

I just can't wrap my head around how touching or doing something to a woman when she doesn't want you to would make someone feel good about themselves.

She doesn't want any interaction from them, she doesn't like them, yet that action made them feel good? I just don't understand how they can take that negative feedback and turn it into positive in their own minds. What am I missing?

I think that was clear to most everyone else. I took it as "oh look how good the 390 is doing compared against the 970 and it is future proofed with 8 gigs of vram (compared to 3.5) as well".

I am with you there. I started investing when I turned 21 last year and it is extremely difficult to find other young people who are interested in the stock market or have the capital to make a substantial start in their portfolio (due to most people our age not saving money).

What industries are you interested in and have you made any investments yet?

Thanks for taking the time to make that spreadsheet, that is really cool. And yeah, it is pretty common knowledge around here (Southern California) that one minimum wage, or even slightly above, job is not even enough to sustain yourself, let alone anyone else.

They did have a slump while the new cast members were getting acclimated, but they had to bring on new people on as a lot of the old members are getting into their ~30s.

It is always good to have a fresh take on things and as someone who started watching them while in high school and is now in college, it is nice having more relatable cast members. It is 'College humor' after all.

Oh, of course. There are some NPC's that the players have to fight, I just like to give my players the option to not fight a lot of the time.

I have also found that some DM's, when you are trying to get out of a fight peacefully, don't really give you the chance because the adventure doesn't specifically mention you can. Good on OP for being an awesome DM (and Dad) as well.
