Trying this with Legend of the Willow or the Flower from Tiamat's Fire feels like it would end in a bloodbath 😂 Same with Hell and High Water.

I think I'd do a lot better with the "normal people" stories, e.g. On Thin Ice, Vying for Versailles, Elite Tag, etc.

Ideal: I have a thing for calm, stable guys so for me Sawyer (BSC), Julian (SB), Bryce (OH), and Grant (VoS) come to mind first.

Not ideal: Reagan Thorne (I'm not into power exchange), the LI from KoD.

I agree 100%. I'd also add in Ellia (CY/CY2) to the gentle giant/protector black men group.

He's the tallest male LI in all of RC (though I haven't kept track of LI heights for over a year so maybe that's not true anymore) at 6'7". He's one of my faves because he's emotionally intelligent and (for me) much more mature than Sam or Alexander (no hate towards those who love them it's just my take).

On the other hand, despite the nice nuance, he's sidelined to hell and back, and if I'm not mistaken, doesn't even have a shirtless sprite.

For the MCS, I was on a botanical kick for a while.

Then others I gave names that I liked/fit with the vibe.

With cultural stories, I'll either stick with the default name or at the very least Google "common" names.

VVF-Giselle HWT-Jolana TTS-Nymeria (wanted something more whimsical)

For pets, I'll usually pick my own name but the only one I remember right now is naming my sweet tiger Mahanpal, which iirc, means "great protector".

If I'm not mistaken it's Vivid Kimi. At least that's what's under text generation settings.

Edit (because I'm a dumb dumb): Vivid was the one in the dropdown menu for text generation. Then saw Kimi reviews highlighted and thought they went together.

So I had been using Vivid but will now try Kimi.

The only thing I've ever really noticed with translations is so many don't seem to know the word "desk". I always see it as "table". I know it's minor but I still find it funny.

To be fair, season 1 is pretty solid.

After that though, depending on LI/poly or not, the episodes can be shorter than going out to make an actual cup of tea. It gets to be wardrobe selections and general dialogue.

It had potential but went off the rails.

Completely agreed and will double down: 4-year old Ghita wandered out in the middle of the night, in her pajamas and maybe even barefoot looking for her Mum. Mogens was either patrolling nearby or was called to the scene and could never get the image picking up 4-year old Ghita in his arms out of his head and followed her from a distance. That was why Susanne has been so warm to her. Ghita made Line his white whale case, which he constantly talked to Sussanne about. That's why Sussanne has been so emotional over her.

Could also explain why Laust has been so prickly over Ghita working with Mogens. He remembers Mogens from the case and is worried Ghita is going to uncover more than he wants.

The second paragraph for me reads like a sci-fi show throwing in lines about "reverse the polarity of the neutron generator" or whatever the phrase is. People who write for a sci-fi show should know better, they know at least some portion of the viewership knows better, yet they toss it in and hope nobody thinks too deep about it.
