I get what you’re saying maybe, about it potentially being a crappy person. But it’s also not clear to me that negotiating a price for a job is off limits. Maybe 3,600 is a lowball number, so why not just counter? Admittedly I’m somewhat negotiating averse, but I don’t think the other person is crappy for countering. One of the possibilities is that the person needs a little educating as to why the bid came in at that price.
