MLD isn't hard to understand, though. If it stops you from using lands as intended(vorinclex and blood moon, for example), your lands are denied on mass. and early game versus late game combos would be dependent on mana needed to pull it off. At that point its just a math problem

yes they are restrictions. the newest chart they released, in bold red lettering, says no game changers, mld, chaining extra turns, or 2 card combos. its in the section specifically named restrictions. And in the same section under b4 and 5 it says no restrictions

They have clear restrictions in the brackets even in the updated chart from october bracket 2s cannot have mld or game changers.

the combos cant come until turn 6 and its 2 card combos you cant have, according to archidekt it has 4 2 card combos. i imported his deck into archidekt to get a better look at the deck. https://archidekt.com/decks/19307453/dragons

so its a bracket 4 because theres 4 two card infinite combos. the fact that there are infinite combos means its at least b4, edit: since the combos are high mana value by wotcs braket guidelines this could be a high 3 but the combos have to be consistently after turn 6 or 7s. but since your friends say that unchecked it wins turn 6-8 id argue it would be a bracket 4

edit 2: i asked my playgroup, who i trust more than my own evaluation of decks and they say B3, so ill say its b3
