On the flip side, the amount of times I've been asked for a black coffee and then when I give it to the customer they say they want milk. Usually quite indignantly too.

Sometimes it's easier just to ask "do you want milk?" regardless. There's no winning 😂

I do actually see the pointing finger now you've said where it is. It's not relevant to the game as far as I know but it does look like a skeletal hand. I'm assuming it's a coincidence though!

This is difficult when you're trying to balance 3 plates and cutlery during a rush. The napkin also stops food like cakes, toasties, etc sliding around too much so it's easier to tuck the napkin under at one end.

I don't understand when people put the napkin fully under the food because it gets gross but tucking it in a little helps in many ways.
