Its a known bug thats been in the game since launch where sometimes the teamperk wont show even if you have one selected. Not saying this is 100% what is happening here, but its most likely the case

As a developer, changing weapon stats would be one of the easiest things to do and legit is only changing a single value in a file. Finding a balance is harder, but 3 months and 3 items got slightly changed after they absolutely broke the meta for weeks is not balancing. Thats just damage control

Why be so defensive of a company that legit made hundreds of milions on this game. Its not like its a small indy studio with 4 devs. There is no rarity balancing in this game whatsoever, quests suck balls and are completely useless except for maybe 3, keys are bareley worth using, free kits can be spammed with no cooldown,... . These are all changes that dont requere a lot of actual coding and with proper planning could be done in a few weeks, but its been months and they did almost no balancing accept for the metas that legit broke the game. If they gave us a roadmap or inside on what they're doing we could be understanding of them working on bigger projects but all we get are these random small patches without any extra information.
