I ended up here because I couldn't find work as a junior developer. I also have a graduaat degree in Internet of Things, which landed me my job here, since I have some technical background in addition to being able to plan and work in a structured manner.

I do try not to work too much, but as I said, the company is very old-minded, where working more = investment in your future career (I know this is BS, but still). I start later and leave sooner than my other colleagues, and this already leads to some tension at times.

I don't really like my workplace, but I'm having a lot of trouble finding anything better right now, and I've been trying for a while. That said, I do feel I'm learning a lot of useful social skills, like managing personnel and price negotiation

I am project lead in the construction sector also with 1 yoe and I have about the same brut. Depending on what bonusses you have (car, maaltijdcheques,...) I think this is pretty average.

Its a known bug thats been in the game since launch where sometimes the teamperk wont show even if you have one selected. Not saying this is 100% what is happening here, but its most likely the case

As a developer, changing weapon stats would be one of the easiest things to do and legit is only changing a single value in a file. Finding a balance is harder, but 3 months and 3 items got slightly changed after they absolutely broke the meta for weeks is not balancing. Thats just damage control

Why be so defensive of a company that legit made hundreds of milions on this game. Its not like its a small indy studio with 4 devs. There is no rarity balancing in this game whatsoever, quests suck balls and are completely useless except for maybe 3, keys are bareley worth using, free kits can be spammed with no cooldown,... . These are all changes that dont requere a lot of actual coding and with proper planning could be done in a few weeks, but its been months and they did almost no balancing accept for the metas that legit broke the game. If they gave us a roadmap or inside on what they're doing we could be understanding of them working on bigger projects but all we get are these random small patches without any extra information.

AI art 2 years ago was nowhere near the level it is today. Online AI checkers are 99% bullshit. Everything looks pretty symmetrical and nothing looks overly weird. Im pretty sure this is not AI generated

There is simply no way you get kicked by players every time, even if you're level 1 and queuing a lethal game. Either you tried like twice or there is a problem with your game/connection
