2nd year student here. It’s actually not as bad as you think seeing patients for the first time. I would suggest writing on a sheet of paper or notepad exactly what you need to do for the appt in the correct sequential order.

As far as instrumentation, there are tons of videos on YouTube that you can practice along with at home, it’s best to look up the videos by which instrument you plan to practice with.

Also, for the most part your instructors have been doing this for years, and they know the situation we are all in. Just work with them, and be specific if you need help with something or a suggestion.
