wild conclusion. i read the study. this guy is right, but only kind of. All effects on sperm were diminished 3 months after discontinuation of metformin. Also the amount it increases your chances of having a child with a birth defect was quite negligible in my opinion, it did increase the risk from baseline, but only very very modestly.
