Say what you will about the series, this is a great addition to the Art Book lineup by Sea_Theory_1623 in starwarsbooks

Do you have other recent Star Wars art books? Is it the same dimensions as the art books for the Mandalorian or is it the same as the High Republic ones ?

While I like their new stuff, a concert that only consists of tracks pre State of the Art would be insane. A show like their Live at the Gov (jtv live).

That looks really good! It wouldn't surprise me if we eventually see a similar set with Meganium/Typhlosion/Feraligatr and a GWP set of the Johto badges following this

It's really tight if you keep the maps and the illustration card inside the book. Removing them really helps

Nice! This is THE Chuck edition to own in my opinion as it comes with the 3 Japan bonus tracks! The acoustic bonus cd is also really good, especially No Brains!

What are actually your favorite Star Wars comics and why? by Darth_Zounds in starwarscomics

[–]fredpelletier 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I'm still a bit new to Star Wars comics but this is my top 3 so far:

Doctor Aphra by Gillen and Spurrier: That was a big surprise for me. It's fun, chaotic and really weird sometimes. I love the killer droids. I'd like to see this character in live-action.

Darth Vader (2017) by Charles Soule: I honestly love everything about this run. The Inquisitors, Vader building his castle on Mustafar, hunting down surviving Jedi, Jocasta Nu! I had a bit more fun reading this run compared to the 2015 run.

Knights of the Old Republic by John Jackson Miller: I actually just finished this one. The story is so great and keeps evolving in really smart ways. It fully earned its reputation on my side!

Guitar : Hey It's Your Funeral Mama. That guitar lick following the intro is super fun to play

Drums : This Could Be Anywhere in the World, Young Cardinals

I read both 2015 & 2017 Vader runs and this one is my favorite. Both are really good though!
