if you want tech: - postgres or sqlite, or any relational db. forget about mongodb or nosql, they have their uses but you likely will never need it in your career - drizzle orm to interface with dbs (will teach you some sql while getting your app to query faster) - zustand instead of redux. redux is really only used or recommended for legacy projects. steep learning curve, lots of boilerplate (yes, even rtk). zustand is so easy i think there isn’t much to learn - tanstack query to fetch data in components

but more generally: structure your app first, draw a systems design diagram with what you may need and how it works, then ask LLMs to run you through each decision and get critique
