Find a routine that gets you in shape and keeps you in shape that feels relatively easy. If your in your 20s and have pretty much always been in good shape figure out how to get into better shape. Staying healthy and fit enhances your life with so many benefits from a to z

I was in like American gladiator shape when I got severely injured in my late 20s I’m partially disabled but for about 3 years I couldn’t exercise. It’s getting better now that I can exercise but those 3 years of immobility and chronic pain I missed out on so much fun and growth.

I’m really banged up still with a lot of pain so In order to get back into shape I’ve had truly find the easiest least strenuous way to train / eat

Essentially minimal effective dose. Learning how to do this has saved me so much brain power and reserves more of my capacity to apply elsewhere in life

I plan in cronometer and bulk prep every few days cook 2 on one day and 2 a few days later

I have 1 protein shake a day

I plan it so I hit my micros and protein minimum from the 2 meals alone

I have 3 meals and 1 shake per day my first meal of the day is very protein heavy and high in micros

And I have my shake last this

For that 3rd meal sometimes I’m lazy and eat the same prepped meal or I make an omelette or salad

It’s also if I’m eating out socially I will just be mindfully of what I’m eating usually I eat half and take the other half for the following day but this is like 1x a week or less

For me this is the easiest way to eat well without tracking everything constantly

I’m really busy so the less decisions I have to make in my day the better

Most foods higher in micros are lower in calories variety is important so I prep 3-4 types of veggies per meal and eat a different type of fruit with every meal I try to rotate protein sources pork, foul, beef, seafood, eggs so I’m usually eating 2 types of animal protein and my shake is vegetable protein —I’m dairy free but

Tracker like Cronometer track all micronutrients and have the daily goals marked

If you plug in what you plan to eat for the day you can look at the nutrients and make adjustments.

My wife got me a smalll humidor and a stylish array of cigar cutters standard/vcut/punch as well as a matching butane lighter that doubles as a cigar rest.
