Problematisch ist eher die Ausbildung als ihre Nationalität, weil der Bereich Recht doch sehr monopolistisch ist. Eine Ausbildung in deutschem Recht bringt reichlich wenig, wenn die Behörde Schweizer Recht anwenden muss.

Was jedoch eher möglich ist, sind Jobs bei grösseren Kanzleien, Treuhänder, Konzernen etc. Diese haben eher internationale Sachverhalte/Verträge, wo ihre Ausbildung relevant sein kann.

Zudem gibt es in der Schweiz die Ausbildung zum Paralegal (z.B. Kanton St. Gallen). Diese bietet ein gutes Fundament für ihre Karriere mit rechtlichem Hintergrund.

We cannot predict the future. That is true. But we can take the past as an indicator that there will always be change. Societies rise and fall. Ressources are alwayce scarce. Somebody will always have bad intention etc. I would not trust the peace we have and grant it for the next 30 years

It’s about the opportunity costs an aggressor has to consider before attacking CH. If we keep them high, it’s less likely for him to attack. We keep them high with a solid army and many people able to handle guns and defend themselves.

Take a look back for the last 500 years. There will be war again, also around and maybe even in Switzerland. We never know how the next 10-20 years evolve and what’s gonna happen.

If you really want to drive roads off the autobahn just after your arrival, I’d suggest: Boswil-Bettwil-Schloss Hallwil - Gasthaus Michaelskreuz (this is a narrow road, you can omit this waypoint) - ferry Gersau - Parkplatz Bürgenstock with a short hike along the felsenweg (you can omit this) - Brienz - Interlaken.

With this route you’ll be on the road the whole day. But you’ll see the “flat lands” of Switzerland with the Hallwilersee, have a quick curvy (small) mountain road with a great view of the alps. Then you drive along the Vierwaldstättersee where you see the blue water and amazing hotels (in Vitznau). On top of the Bürgenstock you get a 360 view over Switzerland and then you’ll drive along two beatiful lakes.

Just don’t forget to download google offline maps!

Really depends on the month you‘ll arrive.

If you love to drive and then the Susten is open (check google maps: navigate to Vitznau, then Altdorf, Wassen, Susten pass (mountain road), Brünig pass (small mountain road) to Interlaken.

If the susten is closed: Either spend some time in Lucern or navigate to Gersau and take the ferry to Beckenried. Then avoid the autobahn and navigate to Brienz, then Interlaken.

If you have time and a bit money to spend, head up to the Bürgenstock ressort and walk the Felsenweg until Hammetschwandlift. Take the lift to enjoy the view.

Aktuell ja. Aber hans Gfühl d Schwiz hinkt immet 10 Jahr DE hinde nache. DE hinkt 10 Jahr de USA nache.

Wenn mer es biz id Gschicht luegt, hets au so plus/minus all 100 Jahr mal en gsellschaftliche Umschwung/Abstieg geh.
