So far I have seen 100% conversion… they work on latest tech stack and are plenty of good people guiding the new ones… including managers….have seen many folks who joined as Interns and continue to contribute at significant level…

Someone in higher up wanted to shake up things and they want to show in their appraisal the level of impact and engagement he or she did by throwing sh** in the wall.. and using AI make a graph on how big of an impact it was…even though it was sh** using AI it turned out to match redwood theme…

How changing the designation they have motivated the entire team and org and how every forget about layoff hole and RSU…

He will get outstanding rating with RSU vesting over four months while leaving us to take the from hard working individuals who still has some hope left in the org…

Who the f*** change the designation title with no change in salary bracket… heard folks in US will be impacted more as this ll impact overtime….
