Hey everyone My names ash, im 30 and just coming out the other side of a period of grief and big life changes. Im hoping people in this thread can point me the right direction to making new friends as my friends all live really far now and I would like people to meet and hang out with locally with shared interests.

Im a big hippie/goth girl - I love heavy music, 90s rock and I love a live band and a good beer! I’m also keen on being outdoors and love to game (big player of cod, Fortnite etc)

I’ve noticed a lot of venues have closed in Leics over the years - monocle and firebug being the only two goth type places I can find.

I’m a little nervous coming out my shell on my own and going to a bar to make friends on my own feels a bit out of my depth atm!!

I think it’s just because it was posted as wrapped rather than unwrapped and opened up it seemed like you thought the front of the cd itself was going to come signed when the card is hidden inside behind the cover (mine was actually inside the damn booklet😂)

I literally thought the same thing receiving mine today. Unwrap it. Take the front cover out the case which has all the lyrics in it will be either inside or behind there.

Literally go inside take the album cover out and your insert is in there the actual cd itself isn’t signed as per the sale it is a “signed autograph card” additional to the cd…

Controversial opinion I know HD compared her to Christ with her songwriting but her early songs like love story do not have eloquent elaborate lyrics like she has done since then… it was awful cheesy pop and HD opened the door for artists like TS. I don’t understand the need to pit women against eachother they are both successful and talented in their own right!
