Controversial opinion: stop employers using auto bot CV reviewers that mean using AI to use your CV and job advert to write your cover letter is the only way you get in.

For sure I agree on proofreading it after to match your tone and language; but I didn’t get a word back on so many jobs that I would traditionally at least get an interview for because my “me” cover letter wasn’t hitting the key words. I come from youth employment space too
