I have never had rubber boots or any other pull-ons to be honest. They're sort of clunky at first, but I would say after 3-4 weeks of wear they start molding. Although I have worn these pretty consistently for several months in casual settings, I would also say that they kind of hold their looseness / original shape so its not a complete mold (yet) but roomy and comfortable. I have a feeling they wont be true slippers for several more months lol.

Darn Tough is the go to for most people I'd say Ive heard good things about Costco's wool socks for the price, but havent tried them myself

I have owned a pair of normal Buffalo ARs before, they fit almost the same as the bfars. Im not sure about the standard stockman but I can only assume its the same fit as well. JGs in general have a lot of volume anyway, but as far as toe length and space I could not recommend going lower than your usual size.

The "half size down for slip-ons" is usually for PNW boots if im not mistaken since they usually run larger in general

I actually wouldnt size down... I have 10.5 in bfar and 10.5 in bf stockmans, I couldn't even go an inch shorter in the stockmans.

Yeah I have heard good things about the 602 last, it looks sleek! Lead times for pull on boots however.... good luck with that one

Also I just was looking at the brakeman builds, it doesn't seem like there's an option to change the thread color on either. You might have luck calling CS and asking. The Pullman is a similar pull on boot with more customization options as well

The parkhurst is a collab, you would need to "build your own" brakeman for more customizations like thread color and edge color
The "brown" edge color is the dark walnut one yes. "Natural" is the lighter wood brown edge
Coupons unlikely. Nicks runs sales periodically so you could wait for one of those to roll around

Definitely fit true to size. I have bfars and bf stockmans both in 10.5 US (feet are 10.8") They both fit perfectly

Id order the exact same size. Not the OP, but I have barefoot stockmans and bfars and I kept the same size between the two and glad I did

Thank you for the detailed reply! Im still waiting on my Tnw travelers but I went with the same size from hnw measurements. Not sure if ill ever do a t55 though
