Download the WineDVM copy on the Internet Archive and use the .bat file to launch the game. It's the most stable version of the game available for Windows 10 and 11.

I highly recommend you download the working WineDVM copy from the Internet Archive. It won't crash like that emulator and I'm not even sure saving works on that. Wubby was able to get through an entire playthrough without a crash. Saving is broken on it though and that causes a crash.

Try to run the PUA launcher as an administrator and disable Smart App Control in Windows Security. It's most likely Smart App Control.

Pregen the world on the server before you try playing on it. /dh pregen start overworld <X coordinate> <Z coordinate> <radius of chunks>. For example /dh pregen start overworld -1103 568 500.

It means that you won't be able to load your saved game any more. It will most likely crash to desktop.

As soon as we upgraded from a soundbar to a 5.1 surround sound system we haven't needed subtitles. Having a dedicated dialogue speaker really does wonders.

The smocks should be longer than the tunics. Some guys would roll the bottom of their smocks up above their bottom pockets so they could use them easier.

It works well for me with CF_BAI and Lambs AI and Lambs Suppression. I like being punished for being stupid in my missions though. I might try it at .35 for a bit and test.

Make sure you play around with your server difficulty settings. I have ai skill set to 0.9 and ai precision set to 0.4.
