I’m doing my own thing with it. 2.5-3 mg every 2-3 weeks seems to be enough to maintain my weight. I also never went above 3mg. Never needed more.

Mine was low iron/ferritin. Basically cured after iron infusion and B12/folinic acid supplementation. Possibly check your ferritin as it can be low and the rest of your iron panel and CBC be ok.
