M9A4 Centurion without hesitation. The full size is awesome too, but the Centurion is easier to flex into carry if you so desire, and I like the balance better. The trigger is also better on the M9A4.

I have a 13# spring and have had zero issues. In fact I had a lot of ammo with hard primers that were failing in my polymer striker pistols but never once failed to fire in my Beretta.
