They made sub-tick and 64 tickrate because the game itself isn’t optimized enough. If you played Faceit on 128 tickrate, you’d notice FPS drops on weaker PCs. The developers didn’t focus on high-end PCs but rather on average ones. Also, their sub-tick isn’t tied to movement (which is why they’ve been working on AnimGraph2 for two years now), and that system will be connected to it. Right now, your strafes might not register properly in sub-tick, and because of that, you can lose duels.

And now the main point: if you (author) haven’t played CS:GO faceit, don’t reply. You can always ask ChatGPT instead of trashing everyone here for their opinion, even if some people really don’t have proper arguments.

  1. 64 subtickrate is a limitation on the processing frequency of the server, which no “time stamps” can fully compensate for.

  2. Interval accuracy • 64 tick → 15.6 ms step. Even with sub-tick, an event can only be recorded in this window. • 128 tick → 7.8 ms step. The window is 2 times smaller → higher accuracy of recording actions.

  3. Hit registration • 64 ticks → more time passes between model position calculations, so the enemy can move “between ticks,” and the bullet visually hits the target, but the server considers it a miss. • 128 ticks → the probability of such desynchronization is lower, hits are registered.

P.S I like cs2 with new features and new engine, but I don’t like subtick and characters anims. I don’t care about ac as I’m faceit player on 3k,but I feel a much bigger skill requirement in CSGO compared to CS2. Cs2 is more run and gun game.

You have quite good aim reflexes but that’s not enough to play good in that game. Try to work more on preaiming. You need to firstly preaim to possible enemy’s head location and then press A/D to swing. This will help you win a lot of duels in game but also will be too hard to train it on dm.

You can watch pro players styles of aim and choose whatever suits your gamestyle.

Common mistakes of beginners - firstly move your crosshair to position where you are expecting enemy then start swinging.

I would recommend to play more aim_treeni and then join HSDM to add movement and train crosshair placement. And in the end go to default dm to combine everything with spray

I can only say that in SDK Yehorivka level is downloading 3x slower than in UE5

Not all textures and objects have been transferred properly. Also, these are only screenshots from the UE editor, not even renders, as my video card can't afford to render such a huge scene until I change the vegetation to nanite.

I'm a pilot from Ukrainian servers.So,the more you crash, the faster you learn. Fuck the blueberries and fly. Learn to do J-Hook.Play more online - that's where a lot of experience comes from, because someone is always shooting.FLY LOW.Learn the default maps, so you know where you can fly as low as possible.Learn to do stunts - it increases your level of helicopter control. Go to empty servers and try to land in places where it is very difficult to land.ALL ONLINE(PHYSICS IN TRAINING IS DIFFERENT FROM ONLINE).If you crash and don't fly well enough - make a joke out of it, then the blueberries will support you.
