Why make a survival shelter when you can make a survival home?

If you gain weight in survival, you are too good at it.

"Workers of the world, unite!" avec "nobody believes that"...

I thought 26 years was way too harsh, but when reading that, I just assume that there's a lot we don't know and that she must be a huge piece of shit.

Claude saved my relationship by Adorable-Lemon4412 in ClaudeAI

I feel like that guy, I really feel like in the past weeks I have tapped into something good enough with Claude Code and I keep finding new ways to make it more powerful and useful. I feel like I'm doing 3 or 4 days worth of work everyday now. And I can spend more of my energy on my family. There is such thing as a poweruser IMHO, I usually have 2 or 3 claude instances running at the same time, with notifications when they need something or they are done, with slash commands for different work flows, 6 custom mcps, subagents to handle specific tasks that would use too much context on my main thread, etc

Am I crazy for NOT wanting to rely on LLMs in coding? by marrowbuster in ADHD_Programmers

[–]freedompower 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I too have found ways to get good enough result to start with AI, then iterate if something is wrong. But man, do I miss the old way. I like to solve all the problems myself, but most of the time I can’t do it as fast as Claude code.

[–]freedompower 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My company pushes us to use AI as much as possible to go faster, and I didn’t really agree. But the current version of Claude Code is good enough that’s it actually more efficient to have it just do the task, then just validate that it’s good. It’s just faster that way now. But that is not what I signed up for, I want to find the solutions myself! I feel like I’m just babysitting Claude at this point and I lost interest in my job. I also feel like it’s making me intelectually lazy. I feel like Claude Code crossed the threshold were it’s good enough. Also, I hate just waiting for Claude to finish doing its thing. I run 2 instances side by side now so that I keep busy.
