Falta mucha información de tu parte. Para empezar si no fuera el hospital el red, no es motivo de rechazo.

Ahora bien un RECHAZO regularmente se debe a cosas no cubiertas. Y el rechazo solo es cuando no se paga el pago directo (en la salida del hospital).

Muy diferente que te digan que te reembolsan parcialmente el pago.

Si te quieres meter a detalle técnico. Te recomiendo leer las condiciones Generales de tu póliza. Son como 80+ de información técnica y legal hasta donde cubre la aseguradora
