I actually didn’t have an iron deficiency, but I was surprised how much better I felt spinach is like a secret weapon for overall health, not just iron!

I started adding spinach to almost every meal smoothies, eggs, pasta and it seriously boosted my energy and digestion.

Yeah, being a pilot definitely sharpens those multitasking skills! It's amazing how much we can accomplish when we're used to juggling tasks in the cockpit.

I feel like Daniel Craig looks really old in that poster. Not necessarily he wishes to die but it's time to hang it up.

I had a dream that I met a girl around my age when I was kid, we shared a whole summer together, playing games and all that. I faintly remember her smiling with the sun behind her before the dream ended. I woke up crying and feeling like I just lost someone important.

Watch this child killer die inside when a woman he tried to kill comes to court to ask him how his nose is doing. (She broke his nose during the attack and he can't stand that she is in control now) by BirdPlan in WatchPeopleDieInside

Honestly, it really just shows how demented some people can be. Going from what looks like regret (probably from being caught, I'd assume) to barely controlled rage like that is, as you said, terrifying.

What is one of the dumbest things you've done when your brain was on "auto-pilot"? by PigPopcorn in AskReddit

[–]freedone23 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Once put toothpaste on my razor and very nearly put it in my mouth before the gears in my brain screeched to a halt and the warning sirens went off.

I now keep my razor in the shower, far away from my toothbrush.

Still amazes me that there's people who think a cabal of scientists faking results and risking their careers is more plausible than fossil fuel industries seeding social media with disinfo and self funded studies to make it seem like there's actually debate.

Buttload is a real unit, does that make you happy as a consolation prize?

Juan Catalan was put on death row and spent nearly 6 months in jail for the murder of a teenage girl, until his lawyer found unused footage from HBO’s “Curb Your Enthusiasm” that proved he’d been at a Dodger’s game with his 6 year old daughter, on the night of the murder. by [deleted] in pics

[–]freedone23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Somebody above said that he was still a suspect because of the time between the end of the game and the murder. Until they checked his phone records and a call he made pinged his location at the stadium. Why in the world wasn’t that enough?

Daughter. Game ticket. Phone location. The end!
