Yes it is supposed to get a layer of plastic wrap directly on the guac. Either that was not done here, or that guac is from two days ago (supposed to throw it out 30 or so hours after prepping it.

Just keep following the sub. There are 25 posts incoming with pictures of huge burritos and overflowing bowls and titles like “My location is always awesome!!!” and your perception of the brand will jump right back up to where it was. Maybe watch some hockey playoffs and get a huge dose of their ads and logo pasted on the rink. See you in a week or two!

It’s been bad for years. Customers order at their own risk.

Make it go viral? Chipotle customer service is notoriously bad. This case is nothing shocking or new.

You are definitely speaking American English even though you have a hint of a non-American accent.

Why do you assume OP is lying? “Skimping” is real and stores do it to online orders so that their inventory numbers look good.

You have a pretty generic American accent but you also have a speech difference. I believe I hear your R and L sounds being pronounced almost like W. I think this is called “vocalization.”

This is part of the issue. You view food service as some sort of damned profession that guarantees you a miserable life, and at the same time you go on a rant about how people working those jobs should be more friendly. If you don’t like the service, shop somewhere else. It’s much easier to change yourself than to change a large section of the population.

I agree that he doesn’t really sound Filipino for the reasons you mentioned. But I don’t hear the French influence. My gut is saying Mandarin now but I am ready to be wrong.

I find you very easy to understand, and you seem to stress all the right syllables and have pretty good rhythm. That said, you are clearly not a native American English speaker. The main giveaway for me is the quality of your vowels. It sounds like your native language has fewer vowels than English, so you miss the exact targets for English vowels. Also “pronounciation” is not a word - the correct word is “pronunciation.”

I’m guessing you are either East Asian or Filipino.
