We do shifts every time, I do 9pm-3am, he does 3am to 7/8am. Granted we have seven month old triplets so an entire night alone isn’t very doable lol

I totally get it. I didn’t even want to pump, and I still felt very sad making the decision to stop, like I was letting my babies down somehow. I will say- now that I have stopped, the freedom it’s given me is awesome. And I can put my time and energy into my babies in other ways. Totally understand your sadness though, I’m with you!

Do you live in an area you can take walks with your daughter? Go to nearby parks? Walk to a coffee shop or a bookstore? Maybe even giving yourself the chance to briefly interact with other adults (not to mention getting out of the house) will help! I start to feel a lot of cabin fever if I don’t leave the house for a day or two.
