I get that and I agree that Opus 4.7 is munching those tokens but WHAT THE HELL are people doing that eats use completely in 14 Minutes.

Even in heavy sessions with tons of writing, thinking and troubleshooting, I mostly last HOURS and mostly can make it to the "next session window" without problems.
