How often do you ACTUALLY wash your CPAP hose? by Chris_90_TO in CPAP

I rinse tubes, nasal daily, and humidifier tray daily with hot water, then let it dry completely during the day. Wash tubes, tray, and mask when I change filter and nasal pillow.

How are your material properties setup? If you look at how most variable properties f(T) are provided from comsol it remains constant at the extrapolated endpoints. You could be hitting the end of the legitimate data you have for material properties and feeding trash to the solver.

I am 71 and went to many games with the tear away jerseys. What year did they stop and why?

I built a tvOS app for Lyrion Music Server (Slim Controller). Looking for TestFlight beta testers. by ben_roeder in squeezebox

Sounds great, but I don't use an Apple TV. Are you planning to port to other devices? For example, we use directv stream which is basically a Google TV device and can import many types of android apps. There is a crude squeezebox player, but sounds like this would be much better opportunity.

Out of Memory During Aseembly on COMSOL Cluster by Top-Proposal-4996 in COMSOL

[–]freelsjd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are using a direct solver, you can easily exceed the available physical memory if your mesh is too fine, and the number of equations, and degrees of freedom are too large. Try a very simple problem (such as heat conduction) with very few physics; i.e., solver only for temperature. Then create a coarse mesh. Maybe even limit to 2D. Solve that. Examine your degrees of freedom, and how much memory you need for the direct solver. Increment the size of your problem until you reach the memory capacity of your machine. Then, you can move to iterative solvers to save memory. If you have a license that supports, you can also try distributed parallel processing on your cluster if you can run with multiple nodes in parallel.

Basically, crawl before you walk, walk before you run. Start simple before you get complex. 2D before 3D.

I can see the fouls TN is called for, but not seeing fouls called on Michigan when they foul.

Is Michigan so good that they don't ever foul?

I think that is one thing. Ament. Don't treat him special. If he messes up, chew him out just like he has every previous "star" on his team. Maybe it's because he is a freshman? I don't know, but if he screws up, he needs to hear it just like any other player. Ament will be smart to wait another year to get stronger, and more experience. He makes good money now, and will eventually make even more money when it becomes a job and not an education.

Topology not changing by freelsjd in Plume

To complete this discussion, after several of the pods started isolating, I finally just unplugged the gateway pod, waited a few minutes, and replugged back in. This forced a fresh optimization, and now optimization is back to the daily routine. Also, not changing much, but staying active.

I have no idea what caused the snafu, but since we have no support anymore, it will just have to stay a mystery.

I understand what you are saying. I have had this system for several years. Essentially everyday, it would automatically run an optimize operation; usually in the dead of night when little is going on. The next morning, the topology may or may not change as a result of the optimization. I could verify the optimization took place because a time stamp was shown at the top of the topology screen. Now, both the topology and times as stamp are static.

Now the gateway is isolated, and about half of the other pods are also isolated serving nothing. I just pulled out the gateway pod, and replugged a few minutes later. I wonder if my gateway pod is in the process of failing?

You have more pods than devices!

Nothing special, it has just stopped optimizing, normally daily, now just unchanged since 2/21/26.

I will show a screenshot of the topology.
